Are all the products on your site new? Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer unless otherwise noted in the product description. How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)? That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to our store. The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days; however, it may take up to two weeks to process the order so please do not expect to receive your order any sooner than 3 weeks from the time you place it.
